Interview
I'm gonna jump straight into the assessment day. You will be greeted by a BA employee who will take in groups of 5 to go through to the registration desk where you will be asked to confirm you name and show your passport. Once that is all confirmed you can wait in the lounge with the other candidates where there is free coffee, tea, water and a snack vending machine (bring some loose change with you). This was a great opportunity to mingle and get to know people. (Strongly recommend doing this as they will be watching you and how you generally interact with new people). You will then be told how the day will go. Everyone must do the reach, height, jump seat and emergency tab reach test. (Some people were sent home for being too tall so make you fit into the height guidelines) they will also check if you have tattoos and how visible they are again make sure you are within the guidelines. We were then taken into a presentation on what the role actually entails. We were the split into twos halves . One half did the roleplay the other did a group exercise and then we switched. We were then told to wait while they made decisions on who stayed for the second half of the day for 2:1 interviews
I made it through to the interviews and my two interviewers were very at ease and welcoming which was great and helped calm my nerves and made the time fly by felt like 10 mins but was actually 25 mins! After that was told will take up to 10 days to hear if you're successful
Don't want to go into too much detail and give too much away but he best advice is to go in well rested relax and be yourself! Take to and get to know the other candidates this will help plus they could potentially be future colleagues.
Note: I'm still waiting to hear if I was successful I just wanted to give a review while it was still fresh in my mind

Interview
I had my assessment day on 1st August 2017 Started off with a height and reach test, I'm 5"10 so I managed to reach this, then we waited for around a hour or so and went to a room and listened to a presentation telling you about all the ins and outs of the company and basically showing you what you're missing, We then waited and then went for our group tasks and one to one customer complaint , this process took me up until about 15:30 where I was then sent home, The group task is a bit difficult first time round as well as one on one customer complaint. A bit disappointed that I didn't get through but it's my first interview for a cabin crew role and will not know what to expect next time!
