Online interview Felt rushed and just felt chaotic whilst people were popping into and out of rooms. Got put in a room with someone twice who then had to put me back in the main room because he couldn't do the second interview with me after doing the first one. Very friendly, they do put you on the spot. Role play activity, always give an alternative if the “customer” doesn’t get what they want. I.e offer vouchers etc. you have do to a bit of reading, practice before hand, nothing difficult. Annunciation is key
