I applied online. I interviewed at British Airways in Jan 2023
Interview
Split into 3 parts: - Presentation/Meeting Simulation - Group Exercise - Interview It is mainly based on your technical abilities for the role such as the ability to analyse data and develop a strong argument based on your findings. Competency-based interview questions; would be great to have a range of examples ready because you will need them.

Question 1
The ballpark question; how many planes are flying in the UK now? (not just BA planes) They want to hear your workings.
They will check your height then group discussion & role play. If you pass them there will be a 1 to 1 interview. Very friendly and professional atmosphere. Long waiting between interviews.

I applied online. I interviewed at British Airways (Heathrow, England) in Feb 2023
Interview
The interview itself was one of the worst I have ever attended. I found the interviewer to be utterly disinterested and rude throughout. She opened the proceedings by stating "like any woman, i'm going to have to multi-task". Not sure this is particularly appropriate language given its sexist and dated connotations? She warned me she was a slow typer, but then chastised me for talking too fast! (Whilst I was nervous of course as I wanted the position, I have never received this complaint for any interviews I have attended in 15 years). It appears she may have been too slow to type my answers. Answers that I felt were thought out and detailed, given my preparation for the interview in the week prior. The whole process felt rushed and finished within 20 minutes. I felt embarrassed and misunderstood and wasn't really given any space to explain my skillset fully. I asked several questions at the end which weren't given much thought from the interviewer either. The whole experience completely put me off applying for further positions with BA, which is ironic considering three members of my family have/are currently working with you. Sad really as I felt I could have learned a lot and also know I could have added a lot of value to the role of Cabin Crew Administrator. I guess it is lesson learned. No more applications for BA roles.
