You apply online through their website. There was a quantitative reasoning test with GCSE-level mathematics (some basic algebra, probability, graphs, tables, and so on), an excel competency test related to the role, and a standard interview about your experience and role specific questions.

After the initial application there was a recorded video interview stage with three questions. There is no limit on the time you have to prepare your responses. Then when you are recording you have two or three minutes to give your answer.
