British Airways Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

It is a group interview and basically there are 3 steps along the interview, the first one is an introduction of the job and British airways with all the candidates. There you will be given a handout with 5 easy math questions to be answered in five minutes and then you will get another handout with two scenarios (explained after) for you to read it and take any notes. After that ,you alone will go to three different interviewers, two of them will go thru the scenarios you were given earlier and do a play role with them and one for the formal interview.
