I applied online. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at British Airways (London, England) in Feb 2019
Interview
Very hard but rewarding, make sure you come focussed and prepared for them to ask you lots of questions. Be chatty with everyone there and enjoy it. Do research into what BA are doing currently in the news and apply that to the tasks as they will ask you to contribute in a group to what you believe BA can do for milestones in the business
I applied online. I interviewed at British Airways (London, England) in Nov 2019
Interview
Initial phone interview, which was an introductory chat with the hiring manager to explain the role and give an overview of the team.
Followed by two interviews with different teams. First interview was with hiring manager and a team member. On this one I was tasked to solve a case scenario proposed, and also discussed my skillset and background. Following interview was with management team, this time no task but discussion about skill set and fit on the team. The whole process was fairly quick, from application submission to the second interview it was less than a month.
