You start by submitting your CV after which you are then invited to do an online test. This test is a series of possible case scenarios where you have to select bow you will act in each situation. Quite good had to do a video interview and then assessment day where I had to do an interview and a presentation. The video interview was quite easy as you had unlimited attempts at answering each question.
