British Airways interview questions

Shocking- at first the day seemed to be going really well yet you never know if your doing the right thing or not. However after the role play and group task which is basically a shouting match and whoever’s the loudest gets heard and them telling you it’s not a competition it’s quite clear that it is else why would they send people home? No rhyme nor reason as to the people they send home or keep very random. Upsetting to not be offered an interview but how they can possibly judge a person without speaking to them is beyond me as the role play and group task don’t actuslly involve anyone asking you anything about yourself- shocked and a little surprised very different to how I thought it’d be.

Applied online, did all the best got through to the assessment centre. Assessment centre was great, really friendly people. role play was simple, got to make notes. 5 min maths test was also simple NB: if you have visible tattoos on your arms or legs do not apply
