I applied online. I interviewed at British Council (Hongkong) in Dec 2019
Interview
A virtual interview. I could have attended in person, but that wasn't offered as an option. The interviewers were very friendly and asked the questions you would expect. Answered all of my questions. Much easier than the application itself.

Question 1
How would you teach a lesson on the present perfect to kids?
The interview process was normal, classic, and easy to follow. The interviewers were friendly and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Communication was clear throughout, and the overall experience felt organised, welcoming, and positive.
Professional. It followed a structure of questions based on behavioural competencies which examined a range of behaviours from organisation to holding people accountable. The interview was very much about illustrating these required competencies to prior experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at British Council (Singapur)
Interview
When I applied there were physical people in HR in Singapore. Now HR is a portal. You have to do a timed video interview with set questions. If you get through that you will be interviewed by real people.
