British Council interview questions

There were several people in the panel. It was a very structured interview with questions related to experience and situations. Not a lot of room to have a confortable conversation. Need to be prepared to give a lot of information regarding past experience.

This was very standard, panel of 3, gender balanced, first a bit about CV and why interested in this job, and then on to competency based questions around the behaviours and core skills.
