British Council interview questions

I filled out their form and sent it through e-mail. They called me for a phone interview after a few days. It lasted for about 30 minutes and they e-mailed me the next day to update me about my application.

An external HR company hired by the British Council asks you to bring on the day of the interview a series of documents (they give you time enough to gather them) and asks you a series of typical HR questions and to write something in English.
