British Council interview questions

Can you tell me about a speaking activity that went particularly well with a group of young learners? What made it successful, and how did you support shy or reluctant students during the task?

The interview panel consist of the team leader and 2 regional representatives since the post was categorised as a regional post. The interview lasted for about one hour and was conducted fully in English. It covered past experiences and sector knowledge, and expertise.
