The recruiter did first a phone screening. The hiring manager conducted another phone interview.
After that invited to talk to 3-4 people from different groups. Sales, marketing and application.
Last stage was a one on one interview with the hiring manager's super visor.

Applied through university co-op program. Got an interview 2 weeks after the application. Interview is one hour long, consist of 2 interviewers. About 15 minutes for introduction and going through resume, 45 minutes for technical questions. Technical questions were pretty straight forward. I was asked to reverse elements in a string, convert char to int, and to find set bits in a string. There was also some knowledge based questions, such as how to induce a memory leak.

On campus Interview which went for one day. First there was a written test on logical, arithmetic reasoning and on VLSI design. Out of the 12 shortlisted for interview 6 got selected
