Broadcom interview questions

I find one issue in the Hiring process. For experienced professionals (like more than 12 years) HR faculty may not be able to assess the candidates profiles and forward to concerning Groups within Broadcom. So, I recommend an experienced Engineer should scan the available resumes and forwarding to appropriate Groups.
