Interview
The hiring manager and a senior engineer gave the interview. As my education background does not fully match the requirement of their design teem, they just asked five to six basic questions to test my fundamental in digital circuit. In addition, even you cannot give the answers right away, they will provide hint step by step to lead you find out the answer yourself. Essentially, they pay more attention on the capability of how you solve a problem rather than how much knowledge you have grasped or memorized.

Technical phone screen . If qualified on site interview . Interviewed by 5-6 people from couple of teams. Technical questions as well as white boarding. If all the interviewers have positive response then you need to provide 3 references . After that they will present you with verbal offer.
