CVS Health Customer Service CSR interview questions

Upon arriving, I was greeted warmly and friendly. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and made me feel at ease. The interviewer gave me a nice overview of the company as well as letting me know what to expect next.

These recruiters have got to be some of the worst people I’ve ever encountered when it comes to a hiring process. Amanda and Margaux were awful with inept with any forms of communication. What do these people do behind the scenes. Pathetic. Two phone calls, complete a HireVue video, complete case study, in-person interview. Take a month to reach back out?
