CVS Health Customer Service CSR interview questions

Easy. Basic. Phone interview and then called in for in person interview. Met with recruiter and then supervisor. 6 week training program. Classroom environment. Nothing else to say really. It was easy.

I met Mr. Antuna about an hour before my scheduled appointment and we talked for a bit before he admitted to being the person I was looking for. We then sat down and had a simple discussion about when I was free and for how long. in less than 45 minutes I was given the job.
