Sighing the first call they were explaining the role. They then asked about availability and explained what the next step was . There was a second call which was a behavioral and situational interview style. They also went more in depth as to the rules for even getting the role, the specific nature of the calls. The final call was the offer call.

Interviewed 3 weeks after applying. Two people - both managers. They seemed to think my focus in educational achievement was not a fit, as I did not move forward. Nice people. Softball questions.

Interview
I applied online and received a text message from a Recruiter about setting up a 15-minute pre-interview phone screen. I scheduled a time for the following day. The phone interview ran on schedule and was not too difficult.
At the end of the phone interview was told I had an opportunity to have a hiring manager interview through HireVue. This interview was live on video and I scheduled it for the next day. At the end of the second interview I was given an offer with a salary and asked if I wanted to accept or decline on the spot.
I accepted and currently now waiting for the official offer letter. It is so far 4 days since I verbally accepted so hopefully not too long now. I was also told training starts in 3 weeks. Can’t wait.
