Interview
First, there is an online application which is easy except for the tedious "personality" quizzes that take up to an hour to complete. After submitting, in about 2 weeks I got an email to set up an interview. I called and was able to get one the week right after. The interview was very relaxed and quick; she asked mainly about my experience and how I would handle certain situations as well as why I wanted the job. After about a month of this, there is a training session for about 8 hours (one day), and then you can begin work.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CVS Health (San Antonio, TX) in Apr 2013
Interview
The hiring process went pretty smooth, and the interviews went smooth as well. Pretty simple and direct questions. The hiring process was flexible because i had events preventing me from being hired immediately and the company waited for me during an intense hiring period.
