I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at CVS Health (Forney, TX) in Jun 2013
Interview
This interview was very detailed. It requires that you take a drug test first-hand. A friend of mine refuse and missed out on a good job. If you can pass simple tests like these, you should be fine.

Question 1
When doing the the virtual interview, you kind of think about what you think they want to hear. If you think that way, you will not give them accurate answers.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health
Interview
Not the easiest application process. They had recently changed their hiring system. I applied under an older system, received a call a few days later to come in for the interview. However, Sandy occurred and I called to reschedule it, and was told only nighttime/overnight was available. I was also told to reapply on their new system. New hiring system frequently is down/crashes. Took about six attempts and it finally worked around 3am one day. I came in for the interview (figured that it was better than nothing). Evidently mis-communication occurred and the store manager didn't know I was coming so he was caught off-guard. Actual interview lasted about ten minutes. Asked a bit about my background, why I wanted to work for CVS, if I was flexible with hours, and if overnight was OK to work. Got an offer on the spot, accepted. Mandatory company training in a company office followed which was paid.I was hired on full-time, but never put for full-time status nor given many hours. Great for a first job type of thing or if are desperate. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
