Fairly short interview process for intern to pharmacist transition...about 30 minutes long. They ask 5 pre-determined questions from a list of categories based on the ExperienceRx program. Know your metrics.

Met at office above a CVS location. Interview was pretty informal. Questions about how I handle stressful situations, script count, employee situations, customer service. I asked when I would hear, she said a week, I got a call the next day.
