The 4-step interview process took a little over a month. The whole process was a bit daunting but every person I came in contact with was accommodating to a fault. It started with a quick chat with one of their recruiters, followed by an initial interview where you get to talk more about your work experience and history. After that, they'll give you a design challenge, capping it off with a 2-hour final interview.
