Canva interview questions

The First Round -- HR Interview Not a good experience. HR didn't ask me for any work experience with data pipelines, like ETL or ELT. The JD highlights some points about the event-based experience and developing experience for dashboard, but HR didn't talk about it. HR only cares about if I can write SQL. Very interesting -- HR didn't really look through my work experience with data engineering but just said I sounds like a software developer, not a data engineer. REALLY?! I failed because I don't have enough knowledge about data warehouse experience. That is something I need to improve, but it is very confusing because Canva provides both roles for data warehouse engineers and data engineers. If they are the same requirements, why don't you just provide one role and name it as warehouse engineer?
