Canva interview questions

Canva are very transparent, approachable and contactable in their interview process. The recruiters are very accessible for questions. There was 3 stages to the process including a challenge that was submitted and, if successful, presented back to the relevant team.

Four rounds of interviews: 1. recruiter screen 2. AI-assisted coding 3. System design + leadership + coding + code review 4. Team match Interviews not particularly hard but you still have to be good at doing these types of interviews efficiently and effectively. Interview quality varied by interviewer. Process was very time consuming. Recruiter wasn't very interested, and the teams with potential vacancies seemed unhealthy. In the end no role was available.
