Capgemini Asociate Consultant interview questions

The interview went smooth with 2 rounds. First round was more on technical and the second round was moreover about the job. Hiring team was good! But the HR team is not the responsive with time.

They contacted me for job offer. I was unable to attend first scheduled interview so they arranged next in 1 month. Then offer letter in next 20 days. Smooth process. Very helpful recruiter. But the compensation team treats a bit badly while negotiation. They offer lower package a d when I am joining other company then they are luring in by offering more salary.
