I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (London, England)
Interview
online application form consisting of specific questions relating to you and your skills. They want you to select a work stream to work in upfront and then you are expected to tell them why you are well suited to that work stream. Then got online testing and then invited for phone interview. Was asked about myself entirely and not about the company. Interview was about 30 min. Have been asked to next round of interview but don't have a date yet.
On campus Visit to college. Process happened for one whole day. Total 3 rounds.round 1: aptitude, Round 2: Group discussion, Round 3: HR. Results were announced at end of the day.
First round phone interview. Its quite easy just basic java questions and there is a online assessment but not useful. I didn't do it and I got onsite.
Onsite also easy questions like quicksort, arraylist. There are also a bunch of conceptual questions.
