Question 1
les difficultés rencontrées lors d'un projet avec une équipe.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (New York, NY) in Feb 2022
Interview
Two-part interview, including communications and case study. The communication interview was a positive experience and the interviewer made me feel relaxed and confident. The case study interview, however, was a mess as the interviewer seemed unaware we were provided a case study in advance to present, so he just made one up on the spot until I followed up in the last 10 minutes of the interview.
Never heard back from the recruiter and when I sent a follow-up email two weeks later, I was ghosted, which was funny considering this was the same recruiter who told us she hates getting ghosted by applicants. So I guess it's okay for her to ghost applicants, but not the other way around?
Overall, it was a negative application process.
