Capgemini Consultant interview questions

The interview process was smooth and well-structured. It started with an initial HR screening followed by a technical round focused on React, JavaScript, and problem-solving skills. Afterwards, there was a managerial discussion about past projects and cultural fit. Overall, communication was clear and the interviewers were friendly and supportive throughout the process.

I had two technical rounds. The first one was a full technical interview for about 1 hour where they asked me mainly about programming basics, concepts, and some problem-solving questions. The second round was also around 1 hour, but it was more like a semi-technical round. They asked about my project, my role in the team, how I solved problems, and some real-time situations. After that, there was the HR discussion about relocation, and salary. Everything went smoothly, and the interviewers were very polite. I got the result in a short time.
