Interview

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini in Nov 2010
Interview
Good overall experience.
Telephone interview required knowledge of company structure, a few case studies, and areas of expertise; beyond than that it was a general competency interview.
The ½ day assessment was interesting. You are given a case study to prepare, a spot case study, a team exercise and competency questions. Broadly speaking, none of the individual tasks are difficult, but the interview is more about how you approach them and who you are as a person. I personal failing was being insufficiently concise when answering the questions.
The company looked and felt like a great place to work, with a enjoyable fun culture coupled with challenging work.

The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Capgemini (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2010
Interview
I submitted my resume via my university's website. I was offered an interview. The interview was behavioral with questions that can be answered in the STAR format. This was a consulting job, so make sure you understand how the industry works. Questions like, "what is your biggest weakness" and "tell me about a time..." take up most of the interview.
