I was very impressed with how the phone interview went. Both people on the phone asked great technical questions to test my knowledge. They made me feel very comfortable. I was also very impressed with the recruiter and her knowledge of the requirements for the position,

Had two rounds of Interviews with two different people. One was a little technical and the other behavioral. Both rounds went very well. The interviewers seemed very impressed. I was given no explanation as to why I didn't get the job. It's not very clear what the company is looking for in candidates.

1. List your previous experiences in performance testing and what technologies did you work with?
SAP, Open Systems, Mainframe etc.. Described my experience with other companies.
2. How would you go about analyzing an AUT (Application Under Test) for performance metrics?
You look at the architecture of the AUT and identify which components in the architecture need to be tested based on expected work load. Isolate functional test scripts used to test this components and automate the work flow.
