Capgemini Consultant interview questions

The technical interviewers were good but HR is straight forward. they don't listen to you properly and gives order to do the procedure. after selection, background verification happened that was too hard. It is really frustrating that after working in multiple MNC's they ask for bank statements. After providing statements of active and closed accounts, they want live verification from your bank account which is against our right for privacy. So declined the offer and chosen to go with another offer.
