Initial Screening: Recruiter/hiring team conduct an initial screening to assess basic qualifications and fit for the role. Collected some basic information's like resume/CV, total years of experience, skillset, preferred location, notice period etc. Virtual Interview: Interview was conducted through Microsoft Teams, went up very smooth with following steps below. First-Round Interview: Initial screening with work experience, roles and responsibility in current project & used skillset in current project, some technical questions asked, asked write program etc. Technical Assessment: checked roles that require specific technical skills or expertise, asked to complete a technical assessment. Final round HR Discussion
