I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (Pune) in Mar 2018
Interview
Capgemini at Magarpatta Tower 8 has the worst recruiter panels. They don't have any coordination between the various teams. They don't know for which process and technologies the recruitment is going on. Behaved very unprofessional. They called us at Magarpatta location but later on they came to know that the interviews are for Hinjewadi Location. We were devasted by their management. Later on they took interviews on our personal mobile phones juts for the formalities.
For Dot Net guy they asked him questions on Photoshop and CSS. It was a huge mess. And their behaviour was not good enough.
Very disappointing experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capgemini (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Feb 2018
Interview
The interview consisted of two rounds, one technical and one HR. In the technical round, I was asked about the projects I had put on my CV. I have done some work in machine learning so that was the main topic of discussion. HR round was also easy, only general questions were asked. Questions were also based on the information provided during the presentation made by the hiring team.
