I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Capgemini in Oct 2016
Interview
First round was a combination of MCQ and essay writing. MCQ had two sections, Aptitude and Logical reasoning. It was pretty easy. You have to write an essay on the given topic. I was shortlisted for the next round. After few days, we had technical and HR interview. It is also an easy round to crack. It was a good experience overall.
