Pour au final recevoir une proposition d'emploi avec un salaire inférieur au salaire actuel: Le processus de recrutement est donc à revoir, ils font perdre du temps aux candidats et de l'argent à l'entreprise.

There were three rounds, the first one was an aptitude test followed by a technical interview and finally the HR round. In apti there were multiple sections which checked both your quantitative ability as well as technical aptitude, in technical round you were tested on your conceptual knowledge like DBMS, Language(CPP) ,Networking etc

Interview

It was a walk-in interview for freshers and an opening for 20. They had a Voice & Accent round first and then a technical round. During the Voice & Accent round, they called 30-40 people in one room and were asked to given their intro plus a topic to speak upon. Then was the Technical round and I could not clear the technical round.
