J'ai postulé pour un poste de docteur et j'ai trouvé que la procédure d'entretien était simple et bien structurée. Le processus comprend deux étapes principales :
Entretien avec les ressources humaines : Cet entretien initial permet de discuter des aspects généraux du poste, de la culture de l'entreprise et de valider les compétences et les attentes du candidat.
Entretien avec l'équipe technique : Ensuite, un entretien avec l'équipe technique permet d'évaluer les compétences spécifiques au poste et de discuter des aspects techniques du travail.
Dans l'ensemble, le processus est direct et ne comporte pas de démarches inutiles. J'ai apprécié la clarté et l'efficacité des entretiens.

They started an interview process to hire multiple teams in ASIC domain: design, verification, pnr , ..
The process was really not good. They would call for an interview and then you attend then someone else calls you as if it's the first time to be called. Seems like misalignment between different recruiters in the company.
Initially, they just invited you for a design verification role with no clear job requirements then when started the process and attended two onterviews the process is suddenly paused for long time then they called again saying we are starting a new process!!
the called a lot of my colleagues already but the did not continue the process with anyone. Seems like they are really doing market survey, that's all.
