Capgemini Senior Consultant interview questions

The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by two technical rounds focusing on domain knowledge and problem-solving. A final managerial discussion was held to assess project experience and team fit.

Technical Interview (1st Round): Conducted by a senior technical panel. The focus was on my hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, especially Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, and PowerShell scripting.
