Capgemini Senior Consultant interview questions

Worst HR process I have ever faced. While I understand that budget constraints and business decisions can affect hiring outcomes, what disappointed me was the lack of communication throughout the process. I had to follow up multiple times to get clarity, and there were extended periods of silence — especially from the initial point of contact, who was completely unresponsive. The last HR I interacted with was at least courteous enough to answer my queries — and I genuinely appreciate that. However, overall the process left a very unprofessional impression, especially after months of waiting and back-and-forth on salary discussions. Very very unprofessional. No standardized process
