Capgemini Senior Consultant interview questions

Interview process was good, but there are lack of communication from their side. First they asked me the expected salary and after the whole interview process they mentioned they don’t have budget. Waste of my time.

* HR Screening Round The first round was with HR. They discussed: Current role and responsibilities Total experience (7+ years) Notice period Current and expected salary Location preference *Technical Interview The second round was a technical discussion focusing on backend technologies and real-time scenarios. *Managerial / Team Lead Round This round focused on leadership and team handling. *Final Discussion Salary negotiation Role discussion Project allocation Joining timeline
