Capgemini Senior Manager interview questions

There are 3 rounds of interview take placed for this position. Initial Technical round was based on Telecom Domaing Catalogue and Order Management. 2nd round for Techno-Managerial was quite tough as some intelligent way of working looking for Telecom Business.

The hiring process till interview was smooth. The systems have to be aligned better with the changes in the internal requirements. The overall process was satisfactory. I will suggest for one SPOC with relevant knowledge of all changes to handle process of recruitement with considerable timings to call candidate and complete it.
