Capgemini Senior Manager interview questions

There were two rounds - First was technical followed by a managerial round. Interview was done virtually on teams. Technical round was of Difficulty level as medium, Managerial rounds was kind of simple.

Overall it was a smooth and structured process. Couple of technical discussion rounds , followed by Director's round & HR discussion. The interviewers mainly focused on my current responsibilities and how I am responding to certain scenarios/incidents at my work. The over all process from first interview till offer release took approx 4 weeks.
