Capgemini Senior Software Engineer interview questions

good with 3 rounds basic technical ,managerial and followed by hr rounds with salary discussions.more on project specific and design questions and also hr expalins the benefits of the company and few major policies.

I have given L1 interview 3 times within 1 month, and I got selected for 3 times, but then HR desn't call for next step. they will keep tell us, "you will get next call" . After some days they are telling me please give the interview, until you get job offer with capgemini...I mean what is this Capgemini HR management???????
