The Cap Gemini HRs were the best. Super cool company,super cool people,best interview I ever attended There were 3 rounds 1.aptitude 2.Group Discussion 3.HR The aptitude had 3 sections quantitative,verbal,logical each 25 questions. There was no negative marking. The Group discussion was conducted with 15 candidates in each group. They were looking for confidence,clarity,listening ability. The HR consisted questions from managerial,logical,project and quant.
