Capita Account Manager interview questions

First, there was a phone interview, it was quite basic. Then I got invited to an interview. It was a group interview. There were 3 of us, but I know that normally the groups are bigger than that. There were two interviewers. Some ice breakers. After that each of us were given a description of an animal and had to discuss in groups why our animal needs funding from some charity or something like that. It doesn't matter what you say as long as you are interacting with your group and being vocal while being well manered. After the interview they took us one by one and told if we got hired.

Competency based face to face with external recruitment company in city centre location. Interview were face to face and involved standard competency based questions and cv overview. Very friendly and not overly complicated.
