Interview
- Simple 2 stage process - Questions are fairly standard split between competency for role and culture fit to company based on values - In general there will be multiple interviewers and questions are split evenly -Not a bad process but it's simplicity can put you off as most other companies will ask much more difficult and nuanced questions, prep for the role should therefore just be on big categories (Readniss, impact, communication, stakeholder managment etc)
