This was a Strength based interview over the phone, questions would need to be answered by linking what was ask d to previous jobs or education. From what I can remember I was asked 5 strength based questions. They also ask how you felt during a scenario in the past. They try to push you for a specific answer

Standard questions. Quite informal interview with around 9 questions. After the interview I was taken to the contact centre to complete a test. Clear instructions, all the details was handed in ahead.

Interview
First had a telephone interview which I passed & I then went for an assesment at their office, which I passed too. I was then asked to fill the background check form online, which i did complete but their system kept telling them I have not done so. I was looking forward to working for Capita but it seems the company is not organised.
