Capita Customer Service Advisor interview questions

Short phone call with them detailing the job role followed by a couple basic questions. (Not competency based) Standard face to face interview with competency based questions. (No role play for the role I went for but others may ask to do so)

There was a short introduction about the role. We ran through some pre-employment questions as well as my photo ID. We went into the main part of the interview which I felt had the basic questions relating to the role. Not really competency based but I tried to bring in examples from my own experience. Time for me to ask questions.
