Capita Customer Service Representative interview questions

Very friendly interviewer and very laid back experience. Nothing too technical. Was a quite enjoyable experience really. Asked a few customer service related questions and about my experience and then did a very simple assessment of spellings etc.

Good and easy, straightforward just have your CV ready to answer some of the questions as they ask about your strengths and weaknesses and just easy questions about how you could help an angry customers
