      I interviewed at Capita

      Interview

      Submitted my CV and then received an email stating the first stage was a Telephone interview. The interview over the phone consisted of customer service and technical questions. After a successful first stage I was then invited to a face to face interview, again the questions were around customer experiences, technical questions followed by x2 technical exams on paper.
