After a fairly long waiting time with the application process I was invited to have a first telephone interview with one of the HR recruiter; I have been asked a number of coherent questions related to the position and other questions about general lifestyle, then I have been presented more specific cases to answer and a little more work related. Further interviews where needed to complete the process afterwards.
